| Duties: | The dental assistant reports to the Dental Centre Manager and performs the a variety of dental assisting duties:
•Assists the doctor, educates patients, and communicates effectively with patients, families and other team members.
•Promotes quality, comfortable dental care for patients in a stress-free, safe environment.
•Maintains equipment, inventory and ensures proper infection control and X-Ray safety.
•Directly contributes to the profitability and success of the office by providing efficient technical assistance, supplies, equipment and environment necessary to achieve this objective.

| Qualifications: | We are looking for individuals who have demonstrated high records of achievement and possess strong, interpersonal communication combined with a strong commitment towards teamwork.
•High School Diploma
•Dental assisting certificate - Level I or II
•1 year of dental assisting experience
•Proficiency in computers
•Dentrix knowledge would be an asset
•Great attitude, commitment and willingness to learn
•Enjoy a fast-paced environment
•Flexible
•Availability to work Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and one Saturday a month
