Altima Dental Canada has an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, dynamic individual to work in our central support office located in Yorkdale. This position is ideal for an individual who has recently completed post-secondary education in Business/Legal Administration/Office Administration, and has had some related work experience. The position provides the right individual an opportunity to gain experience in myriad functions relating to Operations Management.
Duties:Reporting to the National Operations Support Manager, the Operations Coordinator provides support and assistance in a variety of key operational functions:

•Legal document preparation, distribution, follow-up tracking and maintenance
•Prepares monthly, annual and average production reports
•Maintenance of on-line internal Operating Systems & Procedures
•Coordinate all functions related to the e-Store for uniforms, branded wear and other promotional items
•Regularly provides input on technical operational systems to improve efficiencies
•Provides team member support for internal websites, passwords and e-mail
•Event coordination, logistics, budget, travel and on-site supervision/support
•Administrative support for the Leadership Team
•Liaise with and provide information/support to field managers and team members
•Assist with surveys, audits & training sessions
•Assist with relief reception duties
•Perform other related duties and assigned projects as requested
Qualifications:•2-3 years administrative experience
•Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and a general aptitude for technology/software and accounting
•Strong problem solving capabilities with a proven track record of working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment with minimal supervision
•Fastidious in paying attention to detail
•Excellent written and oral communication skills
•Previous legal, office administration, operations support and/or dental experience a definite asset
